When PARCsecurity is enabled adding users to a Logbook changes. Only users with the Logbook Edit role can edit Logbook areas. Do not type in the grid. Doing so may cause PARCview to crash.
•Add Group: Selecting a Group from picklist displays users from that location.
•Add: Clicking the arrow adds a user to the Logbook Authorized Users.
•Name: The name of the user. This name is configured in the PARCsecurity Manager.
•Full Name: The full name of the user. This name is configured in the PARCsecurity Manager.
•Access Type: The privileges for the user in the area.
o None: The user cannot access the Logbook.
o Read: The user can only read the Logbook.
o Add New: The user can Add New events to the Logbooks.
o Admin: The user can read, write, and edit events in the Logbook.
•User/Computer: The type of user.
