The Trend is PARCview’s primary visualization tool. Trends can come in many forms and are highly configurable, but the fundamentals of interacting with the display are consistent for all Trends.
In a PARCview trend, tag values are plotted against time. A trend can contain multiple tags, each plotted with its own value range. The time range of the data can be a single continuous timespan or multiple spans of time. In current mode, trends will automatically update with new data.
